Simply open the thumb screw and slip it over a cuff's D-ring or O-ring hardware to make a connection with another cuff or a length of chain. Afterward, screw it back to create a securely closed chain link.
Use this for connecting all your wrist, ankle or thigh cuffs (especially when connecting cuffed ankles to the bound thighs!). It's also great when connecting cuffs to bondage belts, collars to chains and so much more, there's practically nothing this wonderful link can't put together.
Well that is, anything with connecting loops measuring up to 1/4", which covers about 99.99% bondage cuffs. *wink*
